Leonor Camarena, PhD
Assistant Professor
I am an Assistant Professor in the Paul H. O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University - Bloomington.
My research agenda addresses both established and emerging issues related to public management, nonprofit management, and local government. My research focuses broadly on representation, leadership, gender, diversity, and technology in public organizations.
Previously I was an Assistant Professor in the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University - Newark. Prior to entering academia, I worked as a Policy Analyst and Program Evaluator at Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc., a 501(c)3 community development corporation in Arizona.
